Fantastic experience from beginning to end.  Legacy Family Dental, listened to my concerns, cared about getting me the right solution to fix my tooth, and when the procedures were done - it was painless and efficient.  They showed compassion and understanding, were on time and I was treated with respect and professionalism.  Love, love, love!

I have been coming to Legacy Family Dental for 10 plus years and every visit I feel like I am treated like family! The entire team is always kind, warm, caring and great at explaining every detail.  I will always recommend Family Legacy Dental- thanks for the being the best!

I used to go get all of my dental work done here and for the most part it was great. However, for my last cleaning they called repeatedly to set up appointments while I was at work. Just constantly bothering me I finally agreed on a specific date , but it was a hectic time in the middle of planning a wedding. I called to cancel and thought everything was fine. Then they send me a $25 bill for not canceling and would not waive it. I had spent alot of money with them and would have continued seeing them , but I simply just didn’t feel they appreciated my time or business. I tried to voice my opinion and was simply ignored. I would not recommend any of my family or friends to this dentist for that reason.

Took my daughter in for a cleaning and crown.  I verified that the dentist was a member of a plan through Dentemax.  (Her name was even on the plan's website). They initially refused and said they "didn't feel comfortable" with the plan and that they wouldn't allow any benefit or discount. Their excuse was that the doctor formally worked at a different office and that they just didn't feel comfortable adhering to the policies of my particular plan. I spoke to the receptionist and the office manager and finally got them to call the customer service at Dentemax.  Customer service explained that it didn't matter where the doctor worked, they already accepted $$$ from the plan and that they needed to offer the benefits to those customers covered by the plan. (Basically, the doctor received $$$ and then wanted to charge me full price-  double dipping!) They still refused after being told this.  I strongly recommend staying away from this dentist. 

I admit that I was verbally upset upon leaving, but I know when I'm being taken advantage of by a scam.  Beware!
