Curry Honda had my front bumper repaired in about 4 or 5 five days (from ordering the bumper to installing it on the car) without any hassle or issues. They also fixed any additional damages that were discovered. The repair process was simple and straightforward.

I would especially like to thank Crystal Ramirez. I was certainly in good hands as she took very good care of me as a customer service representative. She communicated with me to keep me updated throughout the entire repair process. She kept me updated while dealing with numerous other claims at the same time which indicates the great value she provides to Curry Honda.

I've been a customer at Curry Honda for about ~6 years now. I purchased my first car from them in 2012 and since then, my mother and sister have also purchased vehicles from Curry as well. Their customer service is always great, they are transparent and honest. They are the Best Honda dealer in the metro Atlanta area. If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, be sure to ask for Marshall Crawford. He has sold our family 3 cars from Curry and I would work with him again if the time came to purchase another Honda.

Excellent, professional service even when it's busy.  Never have to wait more than a few hours and they have provided me free uber as well back to my house. Bought my Honda CR-V here and got a great deal. And their service department has been taking great care of me ever since. Don Alexander was my most recent service rep and he took great care of me.

UPDATE: The Customer Relations Manger did reach out and apologized. They should be opening another service department in the next few months which will hopefully help with long wait times. They're also working on replacing "appointment" with "reservation" since time slot is not guaranteed.

Sales department is great, but the Service department is all about meeting quotas and forgets about customer service. A simple oil change will have you waiting for hours (don't even bother booking an appointment, I was told by the department that's just so they ensure they make their numbers and is not to guarantee a spot for customers.) Unfortunately after buying 2 cars here, I am looking for another dealership to work with- it's not worth the lack of customer service and employees not giving you the time of day because they think they'll just get their business by the next person.

The staff do not seem to keen on doing their jobs here. I walked in and was left alone for 25 minutes. While this was nice in my situation, it was the only car dealership I've ever been to where I was not hounded by sales people. Furthermore, they did not seem like they were overly eager to assist individuals who walked in to look for cars. To add to this, I was there to visit the service department and when dropping off a vehicle, attendants ignored us for a good 10 minutes when we had a scheduled appointment. I understand being busy, but even just an acknowledgement of our presence would have been nice. Especially being the only customer in the waiting area at that point. Paying attention to in-person customers is clearly an area which needs to be stressed more in the future.
