Excellent automotive maintenance service. Their on-line scheduling tool is top notch. The waiting room is very comfortable and well stocked. The Service Managers are very friendly and helpful. Unlike other dealerships I've learned to avoid they don't suddenly tell you they have "found" that you must replace a very expensive part because it's worn out. Several times I've told them to go ahead and do a particular type of maintenance and they have come back and said they will do it if I want but that it's not needed at that time. I like that kind of honesty - it builds trust and keeps me coming back in the future.

Five stars to David (GM) and his entire team!  

Special recognition goes to Marcus, a knowledgeable partner in our buying process.  

Here's what's different and unique about this team: everyone interacted with us to support our experience in making a selection of the best car to fit our needs.  Marcus provided a thorough educational experience and suggested different makes and models for test driving.  Every other salesperson at every other dealership tried to sell us. Marcus didn't sell us a car; instead, he let us buy one. 

Our finance partner, John Aguirre, was equally as knowledgeable and supportive, citing the pros/cons of different approaches to the total cost of ownership vs the typical "how much do you want to pay each month?" question.

For professionalism, knowledge, teamwork, and an experience that begins and ends with the buyer (not the seller), Dyer & Dyer is the only dealership in town.

My experience with Dyer & Dyer Volvo was great.  They were all very friendly and courteous.  My salesman, Marcus is very knowledgeable and helpful and was not pressuring me in any way to purchase the vehicle that I did.  It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return when the need is there.

This Volvo dealership is THE BEST! I bought my car from them less than a year ago and it was time for my maintenance check up. I live in North Carolina and drove 300+ miles to go back to them. The dealerships in North Carolina (RTP area) close on Saturday so it was awesome that they open on weekends. They fixed my busted tire (which I got only a few miles away from Dyer and Dyer :(  ), gave me a loaner car while I waited and was super friendly. Doug was the man that helped me and he was GREAT. They have been excellent from the sales department to the service floor. Highly recommend.

I love the car I got, but I didn't have a great experience with the dealership. When I first looked at the car, they told me there was wiggle room on the price and that they'd be willing to work with me. I was clear about the price I had in mind.
When I went to purchase the car, they told me they couldn't change the price of the car, and they tacked on a $600 dealership fee and $400 for a cleaning product. In the state of GA, it is deceptive to add on any fees that aren't displayed as the full price of the car. They removed the $1000 in fees as a "favor" to me, but this didn't change the original price of the car that I expected they'd budge on. Not including taxes or tag/title fees, I ended up paying almost $2K more than initially discussed.
The model I bought was a couple of years old, but none of the salespeople were clear on the specs of the car. I was also given bad information about the audio equipment. I am still satisfied with my purchase, but the knowledge at this dealership is lacking. I left feeling uneasy about the dealership as a whole.
