Terrence Sims is an outstanding salesman. If you are in the market for a vehicle, he’s the one to contact. I called Hennessy Ford after viewing a vehicle on their website and was transferred to Terrence’s voice mail. I hung up and never bothered to leave a message because I wanted to speak to someone right away. Actually, I spoke with another salesman, however, he wasn’t able to accommodate me. In the meantime, Terrence calls my number stating he had a missed call. I explained to him that I was out of state and wanted to purchase a vehicle listed on their website. I had an abundance of questions he answered truthfully, and he had no problems closing the deal. The vehicle was held until I arrived, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and fair salesman, do not hesitate to call Terrence Sims.

Purchased a new Mustang GT. The dealership had a good selection of cars, unlike many, and their pricing was clearly shown online. I was contacted by Lance Ross from the dealership. Lance was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, understood what I was looking for and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave an extensive demonstration of all the car's many features and made sure that I knew how to operate everything. That may sound silly but if you are coming out of an older car like me there is a vast difference in the new car technology. There was no attempt to steer me toward a different vehicle and the final price was the same as he initially indicated on the phone. Lance was always available and responsive during the shopping process but never pushy. I wish the paperwork process at the dealership were less time-consuming but this was pretty typical. Recommended if you are shopping Ford.

Bill Plachter was a pleasure to work with. After I emailed the dealer He contacted me by email to see if I still needed a vehicle and provided helpful information but never with high-pressure selling, which I have encountered at other dealers. Bill made the purchase process smooth and uncomplicated, and was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Made it home about 1:30am, traffic was really bad. Lance, thank you for the excellent experience, by far my most pleasurable vehicle purchasing experiences ever. I called today to have my 2016 ford focus inspected because the high temperature signals is on every now and then. They said I need to wait for 24-48 hours to have the car inspected. I asked whether they can have it done earlier because I need my car but they said that is how they handle it, which doesn't make sense to me. My car is still in warranty and they need to give me a rental car. I need my car for everyday use. They also refused to schedule a specific time to have my car inspected so that I can have my car back on the same day.
