Exchange leasing is a rip off don't rent a tricycle from them Uber shut down exchange leasing as they were losing $9,000 a car so now they are trying to operate on there own they have absolutely no compassion for the leasee's someone hit my car I leased from them I called them to alert them that the car had been hit I called my insurance company and they got it fixed mind you I called them and told the car was at the body shop getting repairs for two weeks they continued to charge me all of that time the car was down to a total of $800.00 ridiculous dollars once the car was repaired I returned it to the exchange leasing office they kept saying I owed them more money when the car was inn the body shop finally the body shop called and said come get it I returned the car to the dealership got my paper for proof so I was out sick 9 months since I had that car now they are expecting me to pay though I alerted them they will not work with you they are relentless please who ever is reading this post think. Twice this was real talk exchange leasing should be nan for it practices

My experience working with Jay Patel was excellent.  He is very conscientious and followed through in all he said he would do.  When I sent him emails he answered them promptly, always answering any questions I had.  Jay is a true professional and he loves his job for sure.  He was polite, always calling me Mr. Keitz and using the word yes sir constantly.  He is a big asset to Huber and you can tell he is a team player.
He has great management capabilities.

Where to begin. Justin an agent at Xchange Leasing at Peachtree Industrial area was and is amazing, dependable and truly seek out to make sure i was satisfied. I received my lease car last Friday, and i had a question over the Easter weekend when he was off, and he took the time to respond w/ the assurance that he'll take care of it, and he did. He's the man to see when looking to lease at Uber Xchange,  Leasing you will definitely be in good hands. He deserves a promotion. He's everywhere helping someone. Thank you Justin and the whole crew there.

Justin was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, incredibly friendly and personable. One of the very best customer service experiences I've ever had. He really cared about making My experience as enjoyable as possible. I wish I could give him 10 Stars!!!

Jay and Rico were absolutely amazing and very professional the easiest process leasing a car by far great customer service from everyone but Jay and Rico were 100 % awesome #very happy customer
