The parts manager was super nice and helpful. The service department was cool, they just close at 6 so it’s hard to get there with my schedule. Otherwise the place was nice!

Great experience from start to finish, even though I was there longer than I wanted to be. Kai was very professional and helped every way possible before we went into the dealership. James "Mr. Real" was beyond amazing. Great customer service and very personable. Larry in finance was more than helpful and understanding and didn't blindside me in any way. Overall great experience and looking forward to coming back for first service. Hopefully the service team is as great as the inside staff.

I was told it would take 4 hours but the finished everything very satisfactorily in less than 2. There is an excellent waiting area in the service dept which is also kid friendly. The service team was very professional and nice. Thanks!

Mike Swain in the service dept was great! Helpful, courteous and funny! I will definitely take my Kia Sorento back to see him if I ever have any more problems.

Mike is great in Service Dept. great customer service. He is very understanding and dedicated to getting the job. If he's busy he gladly reach out and keep in contact.
