This will now be my FOREVER Acura service and parts shop.  I had the pleasure of working with Jesse and he was absolutely the best.  I originally came in because I lost my key fob and needed a new one customized.  Acura always does a service check, and found a few issues that needed to be addressed immediately.  Jesse thoroughly explained everything, and helped me understand why it was important to get some of the things on the list done for my safety.  He was straight forward and took extra time to work with me. Jesse will be my go to guy from here on out!

I was contacted by Bryan at Ed Voyles Acura and he listened to my request of a certain RDX model and packages and color and accessories etc.  He had the car I was looking for on the premises (the only local dealer to have it!).  He gave me his "out the door" price and he followed through on every promise he made.  We were treated respectfully and instructed on how to use the new vehicle.  We were not pressured to buy any additional warranties and the whole experience was easy, professional and comfortable to our needs.  We were very happy and satisfied with our car buying experience!

My personal motto is "be bright, be brief, be gone."  Sam at Ed Voyles Acura met all of my expectations.  I was on time for my appointment, I was greeted immediately and all the services to be done were described.  very bright.  I was told the service would take about 90 minutes, it was done in less than an hour.  Be brief.  Sam met with me to review the results of the service then I was gone.

I've generally had a good experience each visit at the shop.  Some of your  Service advisers  have been excellent and providing detailed information and why certain repairs need to be made.  
On this visit however they  did not advise me that the  hydraulic supports for my hood were not functioning correctly.  My hood will not stay up, and I'm not quite sure why I was not informed.  I was remiss in not informing them of it when I bright my car in, but they would've noticed.
 In the eight years I have owned my TL, it has been 100% dealer serviced.  In the four dealerships that I have to lived by  over the years, I would rank you perhaps average to the others. 
 I place a great deal of trust in having my car serviced at a dealership.   I do plan on returning, and I appreciate you asking for my opinion. 
 One other minor point, I was not particularly pleased on a prior visit that they put a sticker for a towing service on the inside door jam.  It's a marketing ploy that I would not expect you to be doing.  I am covered by AAA as well as with my insurance company.  Perhaps the service advisor might ask the client gift they might be interested in that  before putting it on a car.

I made an appointment with Chris Epps and upon arrival he was pleasant and very responsive. My vehicle was there for an oil change and warranty inspection. I felt he was honest and kept me abreast to my vehicle status. I will return back for service on my other Acura vehicle too. Chris was knowledgeable and gave Great advice on future service maintenance. I will definitely return back!
