Great Pharmacy, the staff couldn't be nicer!

One person at the pharmacy attending the in-store customers and the drive-through. It never fails! long lines long wait. And it's funny because when you go to the regular register you are also in line for 10 minutes because of the rewards offer. People stand there for minutes punching in their phone numbers or trying to remember the rewards information causing unnecessary delays. I have literally walked out and left.

My son walks into this cvs location attempts to purchase something small to get cash back for school and he's told from the store manager Cynthia that store doesn't offer cash back in morning because the store just opened and the registers aren't equipped for it. I found this extremely odd so I go in to get an explanation because just maybe my son misunderstood, but no she tells me the samething so I ask her to test the theory and before it's done I'm asked how much do I need. Surprise, surprise the machine works just fine cash back approved for all of $20 and a trident gum. So, I'm just curious was this manager being lazy and didn't want to ring up my son or because this dread head urban dressed individual walks into the store he wasn't give the assistance he deserved as a consumer.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the area, in terms of customer service. I've been coming here for years, but recently they have been such a drag to deal with. Very poor customer service. They seem to have been trained like robots to say "Give me one moment." What exactly is a "moment"? I have consistently been put on hold OVER 10 minutes on the phone before eventually hanging up in frustration. They don't have a prescriptions filled when they say they will. Do not communicate with each other. New staff members when I go in there every time, except for 2 men. The staff here literally is like talking with children who don't know how to do their job. They had the nerve to give me an excuse, after waiting SIX hours for a prescription to be filled, saying "We've just been so busy." Well... I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER TOO. WHAT ABOUT ME? My needs as a customer on the phone are just as important -if not sometimes more important- than the customers who are able to drive there. I want to switch to another pharmacy. Don't waste your time here.
