I bought kids furniture and adult furniture from Pembroke Pines location near Pembroke Lakes Mall.    I bought it on new years promotion 2018.  The sales person misled us to buy a bed that Rooms To GO does not even sell.  I bought an extra mattress for the bed with trundle and I never received a bed with trundle.   Sales Person was just trying to sell me an extra mattress and did not honor my request of the bed with trundle.    Also, we bough a bunk bed and when we received it was damaged.  I was sold a wrong bed and a damaged bunk bed.  Rooms To Go prices are too high to be receiving wrong bed and a damaged bunk bed.   I called customer service to report wrong bed and damaged bunk bed.  Customer Service rep was not helpful and she said that there was nothing she can do about exchanging my bed.   If you are looking to buy here, be careful you don't fall in a sales trap and horrible customer service.

Everybody is nice and pleasant to work with. Our sales person was not just looking for a sale, she listen to my wife, she answer all of her questions and did not rushed her at all. I would definitely recommend family and friends to go there.

My husband and I were searching for a new mattress. We went to two different stores specializing in mattresses. In one, the service was good but the mattresses were pricey and only the floor samples were on sale, which we weren't too thrilled about. The other mattress store, the salespeople were incredibly pushy and practically would not let us leave if we didn't purchase their $2,000+ mattress which was way more than we wanted to spend.

Someone suggested Rooms to Go. Upon walking in we were politely accosted by a woman named Nora Lopez. Nora was mostly hands off, showing us different mattresses while being extremely patient as we tossed and turned several times on different mattresses to determine whether or not we liked them. We managed to find a Simmons Beautyrest for a hugely discounted price and we felt confident that we weren't being pressured into buying it. Nora also didn't try insisting upon us any accessories, instead simply suggesting them which was also nice.

We have future plans to purchase a new couch. I look forward to coming back here and having Nora help us out again. The process was easygoing, the price was great, and Nora was very helpful without coming across like she was being overbearing.

The 1st salesman we met turned us off. Was very pushy. After we told him what we wanted, he kept trying to give us something else. Later he got Marcus to assist us. Marcus was great no high pressure, showed us what we wanted & was very courteous and helpful. A great asset to your company.

Not the best place to shop if you want good customer service. If you want an inexpensive piece of furniture and won't ever need anything, it may be ok. My friend had a couch delivered, and they didn't have the legs for it. She was supposed to call the 800 number they gave her, and she still hasn't gotten them. It's been 4 months and no one at the store will help her. They don't back up their product. If a part is missing at delivery, don't accept delivery until they bring everything you paid for.
