Just now, October 14th, 2017 at 1pm, I had The worst experience ever with ANYTHING “Disney” related. The employee named CASEY has the worst attitude to be working for Disney. As an annual pass holder, and a DVC member I would have never expected someone like that to work for Disney. She even suggested that this particular store has “nothing to do with Disney”, even telling me: “go outside and look at the sign, it doesn’t say Disney Store, only Disney” First and last visit. Would for sure contact “the real Disney” to find out more about this particular store and filed a more official complaint about CASEY.

I will never visit this particular store again. This morning Nov 8, 2016, was my first and last time there. I walked in, made my way to the register, where 2 ladies pretended not to see me. Luckily for me, the customers standing there eventually left and there was no way to continue to ignore me without making it blatant. I thought that a 'Disney' store would be the most pleasant place to shop. The treatment I recieved was unfriendly and extremely awkward for me. I would say maybe they were both having a bad day but I watched them with 2 other customers prior to serving me and their service was polite and friendly. I had a few questions, which were answered reluctantly and one even with sarcasm. It wasn't until I purchased 2 gift cards totalling $1400.00 that the attitude of the one forced to serve me, lightened up just a little. Worst in-store experience I've ever had! And through no fault of my own.

Like the previous customer review I will never go to this store ever ever ever again. I thought Disney was synonymous of happiness. Not for a second. I was attended to the most non customer service person that I have ever seen. OMG so rude and nasty at the register. Lady if you dont like hispanics you should not be dealing with the public. Specially if you work at a Disney Store. Please get a contruction job. Never go back again. Hope a Disney representative reads this and fires you on the spot.

Went in July 23 2016 @ 1.39pm Bought 2 die cast Star Wars figures Total was 51.90 and then she asked me if I wanted to buy a bag for 1.99 and showing me them when I said I was fine she asked me if I brought my own bag asking being the register clerk and I said no why would I just came here to purchase something and she went on to explain that the company and STORE are launching a GREEN friendly operation where they don't give you bags to customers but they bring there owm or can buy the bags for 1.99 Nice job Disney I walked out with the 2 die cast and my son with the toys in hand Hands down a very bad way to push your bags that aren't selling telling customers something that ridiculous

We come here with the kids for fun (though almost never buy anything). If you get there at 10a they lets the kids "open" the store and give them a gift to remember it.
