Told 15-20 mins to replace a watch battery. Come back in 30 mins and it's not done. He tells me give him 20 more mins. I come back and it's not done and he's on lunch. I got better things to do than waste an hr at Jc penny

Do you enjoy standing in line with 22 people in front of you for over half hour? than shop here, the store manager is nowhere to be found, they have one person working at all the counters. It's the holiday season and they should know better to have refund and exchange and check out people to cut down on the wait time. No just one person doing it all, who does not speak english.

Worst JCP I have ever been to. Incompetent and rude staff, they are surprised when you speak English, and they locked my child out of the store with my wife still inside 1 hour before they closed. Said too bad, you will need to go around the food court to get back in. We will never return here again. Management needs to handle this, as we are going to complain to Corporate as well.
