My family and I feel comfortable and certain that we got the best deal for our money compared to the other furniture stores. Steven & Bryce make an amazing team. Our family bought a complete king bedroom set with service, delivery and king mattress and are super happy. The costumer service that these both guys had was finominal. From the beginning to end they both made sure everything was perfect. Also, the quality of the furniture is sturdy and durable. I can't wait to get my new room set!

Salesperson, Raul, was helpful and easy to talk to. His knowledge of the product really helped us make our decision. The furniture was delivered on time. The guys worked hard in the rain to install the furniture. However, forgot or did not even know to attach connectors to our dual king (new item). We met James Bitters, a sales associate of Raul's in the store the next day. He was amazing. He took on the customer service role and contacted them for us to make sure we had someone over to the house next day to install the connectors. Thank you Raul and James. What a great team!

Excellent customer service! As soon as I walked in I was assisted. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and patient. She informed me of applicable discounts which I appreciated and did not look at me funny when I wanted to lay some items away!

Great service! My house is all furnished with City Furniture and we are very please with the quality and comfort. Get the extended guarantee! Is worth it! We just got a new set because it was still under guarantee after 3 years. City Furniture knows how to treat clients.
