Decent store, and nice employees but too many out of dates on the shelves. They need to watch out for that stuff.

This is the worst pharmacy.  I have given them several chances and every time they fail me.  I live one block away and drive across town to go to a different CVS because I will never use them again.  Once I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes while waiting on my prescription because they were checking to see if it was in stock.  They came back to the window and told me they only had enough to get me through the weekend, and I was fine with that.  Then waiting even longer only for them to come back and tell me that they don't even have enough to get me through another day.  So I left with my infant who was screaming in the car to drive 20 minutes to another location they transferred it to.  When I got there, they hadn't even called.  There are so many other stories I have with this pharmacy.  Please avoid them!!

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy and staff.  I was treated like a criminal.  There was very poor communication between pharmacy staff and pharmacist would not even speak directly to me or make eye contact although I was standing directly in front of her.  I had accidentaly thrown away my meds and followed their protocol to contact do and get new script and was then told I had to go by police station and report which I also did and police officer said they did not handle these type of cases and could not understand why they referred me there.  When I went into the store to talk to pharmacist I was told no I did not have to report to police but pharmacist had to speak directly to doc even though she had already sent over new script.  I waited 2 hrs for the pharmacist to finally fill my script.  The staff was very disorganized and pharmacist was rude.  The asst store manager was very nice and tried to help and suggested I call corporate office which I did but got no satisfaction from them.  The meds were for blood pressure and anxiety which rose considerably during this event.  I strongly recommend not using this pharmacy.

I have been given the run around by many, many, pharmacies over the past few years regarding my Father's pain medication.
He is on a relatively low dose of this particular medication. It is an extremely low dose, considering that the cancer treatment which caused his permanent, severe neuropathy, took place over 13 years ago.
I have been to several pharmacies today trying to get it filled. So many of them told me that they didn't carry it, or didn't have enough, even though he gets less than 90 tablets a month.
They didn't tell me this, before hiding behind the pharmacy counter and speaking with other pharmacy employees, in a barely audible whisper.
Looks very suspicious. I do not look suspicious, and if my youth were indeed the problem, then why would my Mother and the man himself have problems getting the medication filled also?
They have the ability to look up all of his controlled substance prescriptions in a state database, or their own internal system even, and would see that he has been prescribed this medication for quite some time, with minimal dosage increases.

Anyway, I went in there at about 7 p.m. and handed it to the tech. I explained that the regular CVS pharmacy he uses was out of stock. They entered his information,  saw his history,  and filled it for me in 30 minutes. Both pharmacy employees had a pleasant disposition the whole time.

Thank you for cheering me up with kindness and customer service, after a rather stressful day.

The store is ok but the pharmacy is terrible. They tell you to come back in an hour to pick something up, then when you get there they say it's out of stock and send you to another cvs. I don't think I've EVER been there without having an issue. I use Walgreens but my wife was using cvs. I think I've finally convinced her to switch.
