This is the worst let me emphasize worst Walgreens in the area. Staff is really rude especially if you are using coupons it doesn't matter if it's just .25 off the item. Their store policy changes everyday based on workers and managers. This store needs to invest more time in teaching staff about the policy it would make shopping experience way more pleasant.

The pharmacy is usually not crowded and generally has good service, though they don't carry as many things as some of the larger Walgreens so we occasionally have to wait a day for an order. The store staff has always been very pleasant and friendly and they store is always very clean.

I love walgreens I really do, but the young woman at the front counter with RED hair seems like she doesn't want to be at work! She should either work on her customer service skills such as, "Hello, how are you?," " did you find everything okay?," "welcome to walgreens!," the list goes on.....or she should work at a call center. It makes not one bit of sense for her to come to work like her life sucks. She is not approachable , unfriendly and lack major customer service skills. Maybe should should do stockroom instead of being at the counter where she is the first person someone sees when they walk in the door. I don't know what she is going through or have gone through but baby girl needs major training in customer service. She needs to fake it until she makes it...like fake a smile or something hell she applied for the job not the customers.

I don't know what it is about this Walgreens but I swear every time I come into this very specific Walgreens whoever is helping me at the front counter always seems like they would have rather died than have come into work that day...  Seriously.. The lady that help me check out today just seemed like she was so ready for her shift to be over...
