Same reliable disappointment. Right now waiting for photos I ordered 3 days ago which they messaged me to pick up, but it turns out hadn't been printed. Not a big deal really, but the thing is, they always always mess up orders.

I was visiting CVS on 110 Carroll on Oct 4th, 2017. Dorothy and Juliana were really nice! I was having trouble with some promo products and they took their time and attention to help me with the detail. When I was short with some change, Dorothy took care of me and helped me get the items. She could've sent me home to get the needed change but she didn't. I am so thankful for the service I received here and I am definitely declaring the CVS on 110 Carroll as my most favorite CVS! Dorothy and Juliana should get a raise and promotion!

Pretty solid selection, but pretty poor customer service. The employees all seemed very bummed out to be there, with the usual wrote greeting and zero facial expression. But, I didn't go to be greeted nicely. I went to get my stuff and get out, and I did with no problem, so there's not a whole lot to complain about.

Overall store is fine, pharmacy is unresponsive and sometimes incapable of filling a prescription.

Don't walk but run away from this CVS.  Use the CVS next to Whole Foods in Silver Springs.  At the Takoma Park CVS, not only did they lose my prescriptions but offered "zero" help in retrieving the prescriptions from my doctor.  Did I mention the lack of even an apology or the smallest sympathetic acknowledgement of a problem. Poor management.
