This store does have friendly staff. They moved from their Light/Lombard Street location down to Pratt Street across from the Inner Harbor. I have a much longer walk to get here. So, I do a lot of research online beforehand, just to avoid them not having something I need. It's happened a few times in the past and today was no different; I really needed a heating pad for my neck, so I could keep working. The one they had online for $30 and was also in the store, really wasn't supposed to be in the store on the shelf for sale, as it was??? since the code wasn't coming up in the registers system. The assistant manager was unable to override it and so I had to buy a more expensive version for $44. While walking back to retrieve the more expensive version, I also got bumped to the back of the line. It's less than a 10 second walk, but it was too much to wait apparently. That lady needed a little assistance, so it was another 5 minutes before I got run up and able to get out the door & get back to work.

I love this Pharmacy. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and kind while working hard not to keep folks waiting. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable and verbally expresses concerns of danger. I love that. The techs are just spot on with diligence. Today Lindsey stands out by going out of her way whIle my phone was having issues during a call. Thank you CVS for EXCELLENT service. The worst costumer experience i ever at a CVS branch. The cashier Adrian and His manager Amie/Anie scream rather than talk. Very unprofessional and I am highly disappointed. I guess my weekly CVS weekly shopping is not gonna happen at this branch or any other branch if things aren't corrected. So costumer relation training should happen.
