I came in need of my nebulizer medicine as I got out of the hospital to late to fill it. One young lady was very helpful, but whoever that is that's doing  prescription drop off, she was very cold towards me. I bought a box of tissue and asked for a bad she told her I couldn't have one. I had to remind I purchased something. I need to do a treatment at the store and she was no help at all, I had to ask a manager. U guys work on your pan techs customer service and I'll give a 5 star. I come here all the time, and mostly everyone I come I have a good experience I have dealt with the young lady b4 same behavior and my husband came up and he also had a problem with the same young lady.

I have found the Rx staff to be very helpful and concerned. My experiences have all been positive.

They are so rude that it's not even funny. Ran by absent minded college students. Horrible customer service. But don't be surprised because look at the location that it's in.

They are so slow and disorganized. My daughter pediatrician faxed a prescription on Monday morning. I sent her father there Tuesday and they said they didn't have it. So I called them and they found it. I was told it will be ready in 30mins. Two hours later her father returned and it still was not ready. I called again and was told 10mins. 20mins later, it finally was ready. I'm glad my daughter was not dying.
