If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager, Brandon made me wait about 45 minutes before he finally saw he. Brandon was unapologetic for the wait, he was rude and condescending. I have never seen such poor customer service at UO, and especially coming from the store manager! Parking sucks around this area, so having a customer wait 45 minutes is terrible and inconsiderate. I hope they change management. Otherwise i will advice you to spend your money at other Urban Outfitters, this location has terrible customer service and parking is expensive as hell. Don't waste your time and money here!

This Urban can be hit or miss. They have a limited stock of clothes, so don't expect to see even half what is on the website here. Sales can be awesome, so check the sale section before you go. Returns are usually painless.

Not many clothing selections for men. I liked the selection on vinyl they had.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find the last pair of shoes in my size and set me up with 10% off my purchase. I will definitely come back.

Ive been shopping at this location for a few years now and every visit is always pleasant . The staff is very helpful ,kind and professional.Only thing id like to see change is their selection in merchandise, id like to see more of a variety of merchandise that i see online but other than that they are awesome.
