As a patron for the years that I have been here. I think it was bad that you guys didn't let the neighborhood know that you was reopening. Only found out the following Friday by word of mouth. We all didn't wreck the store and now the prices are hacked up

I have degenerative arthritis and I love life. Because of this I'm on a cocktail of non narcotics. On the day that I'm leaving town the young disrespectful pharmacist DAMIAN SMOOT decided at his own discretion that he will not fill my prescription that has been filled there many times. I feel so disrespected and singled out. This man made me look like a addict or someone with a insidious agenda. The worst part is since I don't have my meds I'll have to take the narcotic that I've been holding on to for months. I only hope I don't get sleepy and I'm able to enjoy my trip. I have never had someone treat me like this at this pharmacy. The worst part of it all is I've done nothing to deserve this treatment. No pharmacist has the right to deny me my meds just because he feels like it. I've been through countless mri's discograms and bloodwork to give my doctor's all the info they need rip treat my condition. In Baltimore city there's almost no respect for women of color. This man disrespected my entire family the way he spoke to me. I'm so angry because nothing will be done to stop this from happening. If you ever find yourself in the cvs on 40 watch out they're disrespectful and that's the whole truth. DAMIAN SMOOT THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY COMPLAINTS BEING MADE ABOUT YOUR DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS! LIKE MY SON SAID YOU MESSED WITH THE RIGHT ONE. I'VE SENT OUT 2 EMAILS TO CORPORATE AND MORE WILL BE SENT AFTER I RETURN FROM MY TRIP. LITTLE DID HE KNOW HE JUST MESSED WITH A PARALEGAL ATTORNEY AND I'M GOING TO MAKE HIS LIFE A LIVING HELL. HE'LL BE LUCKY IF THEY LET HIM FILL A DOG'S PRESCRIPTION WHEN I'M DONE FILING FORMAL COMPLAINTS.

The employees are very nice, the store is clean. The shelves are always full. It's a pleasure to shop there!!
