Edit to my review. 

Recommended my fiance get her computer fixed here due to the excellent service I received. 

She got back the wrong case to her laptop display with a suggestion of "maybe tape is best way to fix it".  Same price as original quote for replacing it. 

I forgot to add that they managed to lose screws to bottom portion of laptop, now she has a laptop that the internal components fall out if transported. 

Will never return to this place. I am happy to spend extra money at any other place that doesn't blatantly rip off some customers selectively. 

Can't emphasize enough, amazing customer service and very good prices.  The staff really knows a lot about computers and is very straight forward and helpful!  I couldn't believe that they were able to upgrade my computer same day, and even helped me the following day by finalizing configuring drivers on my upgrade!  I will definitely be returning for any future computer repairs, upgrades, or purchases.

Took my old gaming computer and gave me a new Mac with a warranty at a KILLER price. People like this make me wonder why best buy is still in business. Couldn't be more satisfied.

My wife and I both have custom made PCs, unfortunately I bought them from a dealer on Ebay. I know, live and learn. My wife is a gamer and her computer kept shutting down in the middle of a fight. I took her computer to another computer place here in Roanoke and was told it needed a new video card. Over $300.00 later with a brand new card, it continued to do the same thing.
I took it to Cyberline Computers and told Sam what the issues were. He called me back later the same day, (I was expecting it to take 2 to 3 days since it had at the other place, without being even fixed)
Sam told me the wiring was messed up. No way to know if the builder did that or the other puter guys.
That night my wife played The Division for about four hours without any problem. The next day I took my computer in since it had starting shutting down when I was running a labor intensive program. Again, it was fixed the same day.
Sam at Cyberline has made a customer for life. If ever I decide to have another custom PC made, I will be having it done at Cyberline.

Been using Cyberline for over 15 years now, The only place I'll go to get my computer fixed!! Always done right and great speed of service
