Great customer service from Doug the district manager. He fixed my phone when the other Sprint store told me couldn't be fix. Doug fixed it and gave me some great tips. The best store.

I came into the store to use the bathroom because I really had an upset stomach. Ended up blarfing but don’t worry I’m fine. Thanks for asking. Since I was already there, I figured I should get a new cell phone because I lost my tracphone when I was swimming with the dolphins. Side note, it’s frowned upon to get into the tanks at Seaworld. But that’s ok, It was a great learning experience. I heard the new Samsung is waterproof, so that will help when I shower with all my clothes on. I have body issues. Great food, excellent service. I worked with Carlton, he’s the bee knees. I definitely be back.

SO LAST SUNDAY NEW YEARS EVE I WENT TO UPGRADE AND SET DOWN WITH MARVIN. WHO ADVISED WHAT THE NEW BILL AMOUNT WOULD BE AFTER THAT I WENT OUTSIDE TO ADVISE MY SPOUSE THE BILL WOULD GO UP HE TOLD ME FORGET IT AND I CAME BACK INSIDE TO GET MY WALLET AND PHONE THAT I HAD LEFT ON COUNTER AND MARVIN PULLED OUT A PAPER AND SAID LOOK I ONLY HAVE ONE IPHONE X IN STOCK I SAID I WAS OK AND LEFT SOME HOURS GOES BY AND HE CALLS TO SAY THAT HE DIDNT WANT TO DISRESPECT ME OR ACCUSE ME BUT THAT A PHONE HAD ENDED UP MISSING. I ADVISED HE DIDNT SHOW ME A PHONE BUT TO PULL THE CAMERA UP AND CALL THE POLICE IF IT IS MISSING.LATER THAT NIGHT WHILE ME AND MY TWO YEAR OLD ARE GETTING DRESSED THE POLICE RUN UP IN MY HOUSE AND TELL ME TO GIVE THEM THE PHONE I TOLD THEM I DID NOT HAVE A PHONE . I HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR FOR THEM TO GET A WARRANT AND THEN THEY CAME BACK AT 10:00 TO SEARCH MY HOUSE WHERE THEY FOUND NO PHONE. SO I WAS FALSELY ACCUSED AND MY 2 YEAR OLD HAD TO WATCH OUR HOUSE GET TORE UP ON NEW YEARS NIGHT FOR WHAT REASON EXACT?FOR A PHONE I JUST HAD TO PAY 50.00 TO UPGRADE FOR ......... CORPORATE BETTER HANDLE THIS........
