Bike rentals were one of our favorite things in New York. We did not take a tour but, instead, stopped where we wanted along the path. Bikes were in fabulous shape with great working gears. Seats were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. We, my family of 5 with the youngest 11 yrs old, would do this, again, for sure!

Friendly attendant who is easy on the eyes :).Good bikes.What else can be said about a bike rental. I'll rent from the again if in the area. I highly recommended for bike rentals.

I rented a bike from here during my last trip in central park New York. I'm glad I chose this place as the staff was very helpful and friendly. They explained the map and points of interests in great detail and I couldn't more satisfied! I didn't get their names but I would recommend renting bikes from this company! The price is great and reasonable compared to other companies.

It was CRAZY to get our bikes to central park with all the crowds just outside. I mean worse than stop and go traffic in LA. Other than that, the bikes were great and we were extremely satisfied with our rentals! Thanks for adding to our experience!

Well maintained bike, good service. We rented a tandem bike reserved on the same day and had nowhere to put the coupon code at checkout for 50% off, so I put it in the comments section. The 50% off is a SCAM. The owner says I had to reserve 24 hours in advance but there is nowhere on the website that says that. Anyway we had to pay the full $57 for three hours on a tandem and never got the refund.
