We will ensure that your bike is fitted properly so that you have the best ride possible. You can choose from a wide variety of styles and bikes from Independent Fabrication, Surly, Pegoretti, Scott, Felt, Kona, Bianchi, Parlee, Geekhouse, and others.We sell parts and accessories that really work, and we know they work because we use them.
In addition to sales, we offer comprehensive bike repair services. Our trained mechanics can quickly and accurately fix virtually any bicycle ailment as well as professionally install components.
Our priority is to deliver superior customer service by catering to each customer’s needs, offering helpful service and advice, and treating each customer as a valued member of the NYC Velo community. To that end, NYC Velo offers professional bike fitting services, performed free of charge for customers purchasing bicycles from us and for reasonable rates for customers with non-NYC Velo bicycles. Our fit staff has been trained and certified by the Serotta International Cycling Institute (SICI) in Saratoga Springs, NY.
