Danny's Cycles...Hell's Kitchen.....Great Experience !! We recently rented bikes for the Bike MS NYC fundraiser ride on 10/22/17. The ride routes were 30mile, 50mile and 100mile. We entered for the 50mile ride. I had great concerns about riding 50miles on a rental bike. Jordan at Danny's had assured me that the rental bikes would be up to par.....and they were. We rented two hybrid bikes, asked Danny's to install clip-in pedals and please make sure the bikes would be good to go for such a long ride. 50miles in the saddle is a lot different than 2hours riding through Central Park. The bikes were in tip-top shape. They road smoothly, shifted well, the rims were straight and tire pressures were set correctly. We had a spectacular ride and it was a great event. Danny's Cycles had a huge part in how this day went for us, and the day was GREAT !!! Thank you to the team at Danny's Cycles, Hell's Kitchen.

Came to Danny's to buy my first road bike. The staff here was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful at helping me find the right bike. I went through three different bikes, some of which were brought in from other shops promptly, before I settled on one. The manager there, Charlie, was especially helpful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Came to this shop with my husband and we were super happy with the service. The employees were all very warm and super welcoming, even gave us a nice laugh a couple times. Andrew, the one who fixed our bike, was very honest and even caring towards making sure our tandem bike was safe enough to ride. We were so happy with this shop, we ended up purchasing a bike on top of our bike we left for repairs! Would definitely recommend this shop!!

Just popped into the store to put some air into my tire. Staff was friendly and immediately gave me a pump as I had hoped. Was given great service even though I didn't buy my bike from them.

Dropped off my bike for a tune-up and brake change. Work was completed within 20 minutes. I originally bought it from Danny's on E.14th (Now closed) so that entitles the bike to free maintenance for life. I'll just be paying for the brake pads.
