Friendly and helpful staff at a remote and attractive resort. It is situated with beautiful views of the accompanying Golf Course, Toledo Bend Reservoir, and surrounding forests. Best Western Premier provides marketing services for this property but it is not owned or operated by them. It was originally opened around the year 2000 and has been well maintained generally although some decor is a bit dated and shows signs of wear. The rooms are spacious and I recommend this place for a secluded getaway with modern amenities at reasonable rates. Houses separated from the main Lodge are also available for rent. These homes boast beautiful views of the lake.

This resort is a diamond in the rough. The property is second to none, some of the most amazing views on the course and the best bass fishing in the country. The staff are essentially the hand picked, best of the best group you could ask for. I will be back 100%

After moving from first two rooms because of visible mold, everything else was great. Super cool property, just avoid the ground level rooms in the main building. Great service, kind employees!

The resort is beautiful. With outstanding views of the lake and the grounds are well kept. The lobby is well decorated clean the staff is helpful but not underfoot. The restaurant is decent.

Visited to play golf. Course was in good condition. A little trash grass on the green but much improved from previous visits. I'm told there's new management and more attention being given to the course. Had lunch in the bar. Good burger. Nothing special but satisfying. Good service from bartender.
