We have a sustainable competitive advantage because of our outstanding customer service as well as the fact that John D'Avico,the owner is in the shop every day. He is there to sell service and facilitate the technicians. John D’Avico never went through formal school to become a technician but he had the ability to learn everything he needed to know from his father.

To Environment surrounding D’Avico’s Auto Repair, we establish means to properly dispose of materials such as: tires, oil, anti-freeze, and general recycling. As an established emission facility, we ensure that no vehicle leaves D’Avico’s without following the proper emission standards

Great service and great customer service. Also if you need to stay they have a great space with couches, tv and coffee to make you feel like home. Also they have free Wifi so you can work from there if you want.

They did a little bit of work for me, seemed ok...however...my son's car needed a battery replaced and we couldn't get the car there. D'avicos arranged for a tow, worked on the car, overcharged for a new battery (at least some) and when my son got the car back there was a big crack in the windshield...When I talked to them about it the owner was super rude and condescending and acted like that couldn't ever happen at his place...How would you feel if you got a car back with a cracked windshield? I may have to take legal action with this...Stay away from this place...UPDATE AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: They can try to explain it away but this was not covered under my son's insurance, and why the hell should I be responsible for it if it was broken at their shop? Just because it was not noticed right away by my son doesn't mean it didn't happen so I don't need some patronizing response about how glad they are that I'm talking about my frustrations...You know damn well its on you for this...I was self employed for almost 30 years and never treated people this way...One word: UNPROFESSIONAL

I have been to many auto-shops and dealerships in my life and this family owned business has the best customer service by a longshot. They are very serious about providing a great service and bringing customers back time and again. I live in Berwyn, was able to drop my car off, get a ride back to my house so I could work for the day, then they dropped my car off when the work was done. It doesn't get any better than that. Ashley who works the front desk made sure the whole service was white-glove. I really can't recommend this family owned business enough.

Thank you to D'Avicos for a superb customer service experience! Communication was seamless from scheduling to picking up, and the work completed was stellar. Looking forward to future appointments with D'Avicos!
