Story

Patrice is an automotive mechanic/technician that caters to women. She created Girls Auto Clinic (GAC for short) to solve a big problem in women’s lives, including her own. The automotive experience for women is one of STRESS, ANXIETY, and inconvenience.

Our first Repair Center will offer full service auto repair, female mechanics, manis, pedis, and blow outs while you wait, and a beautiful lounge tailored to women.

It's no secret most women are uneducated about how to care for their car. They also make pessimistic and poor car buying and repair decisions because of this ignorance.

GAC inspires women to have a positive relationship with their vehicle through buying and repair services, outreach, education and niche marketing. Our customers come to feel confident about themselves, their cars, and their buying choices.

This place is really wonderful but be prepared to be there for 3+ hours no matter what. Customer service is on point and everyone is really knowledgeable. They're reasonable and don't fix things that aren't broken (the prices are seriously expensive though) but will tell you when something will need to be fixed in the near future so you can plan. Definitely want the best for their customers. An oil change took 6 hours though when I left my car there to get it done. I kept getting calls that they were backed up and it was to the point where I had to just pick it up the next day from the shop....for an oil change. That was right after they opened so I figured they were still new and getting it together. That's cool. a few weeks ago I had a state inspection done.... 3.5 hours to complete and I made a morning appointment and waited there at the shop. I would have made other arrangements to get my car later but before I came in they said it would take only 1 hour. 

Moral of the story here is that you should just drop your car off and get it in a day or whatever. I go here because I'm not being screwed over for parts and I don't have some idiot (Pepboys) overfilling my oil. Customer service and trust makes it worth it but man I'm not looking forward to waiting around for another oil change coming up :)

They are amazing. I would only take my car to them and so reasonable. They were honest about everything and nothing was sugar Coates. GO LADIES!

 This is a fantastic business and I love supporting it. Everyone who works here is friendly and each time I go in, it's a very pleasant experience. The waiting area for repairs is a little small and seating is limited, but the salon area is huge and there is plenty of room there. Complimentary beverages are nice. I've been ripped off by a few garages in the past, so it's nice to be able to trust the mechanics here. Colleen talks you through the repairs recommended for your car and explains everything really well.  She's also good about giving updates if things take a little longer than expected. I've taken my car here for everything since it opened and I have told all of my friends about it! Prices are fair and the quality of the work is outstanding!

They have done a great job of keeping our old ('97) Explorer running. Even managed to fix an A/C issue that has stumped other mechanics for 5 years. My wife & I both love this place, but expect to wait a little bit: They are deservedly very busy.

This is the very best experience I've ever had getting my car fixed. I trust these folks to the max. It is a great experience from start to finish.
