We work on all makes and models but is recognized for superior service on light-duty Honda, Toyota and Ford trucks by NAPA, AAA and the local BBB. Our Mission is simple – Same Day, Affordable, Quality Service, Guaranteed!

I can’t say enough awesome things about this place. When we first moved here, we were looking for a place we could trust and luckily, we found it within the first month of being here. Lisa is absolutely awesome and explains things thoroughly. The guys here crack me up and everyone is always super friendly. My car and my partner’s car is always taken care of. The loaner cars are good for what they’re needed for and I’ve also gotten rides home as well, which is great. I’ve called same day and they get me in or we can schedule something that’s convenient. The AAA discount is also great too.

I must share my extraordinary experience w/the folks at Plymouth Auto:
I had my BMW 450 Li in for service twice over the past six months...
Lisa Schmoyer (the Service Manager) was welcoming, knowledgeable,
AVAILABLE, professional, and exuded customer concern and attention.
She is the perfect first point contact. My mechanic, Brian, is capable and
demonstrated incredible personal and professional integrity. Not motivated by "gouging' the customer, his recommendations were cogent and with a conservative approach. I had a great experience during my visit to Plymouth Auto. The service writers were very warm and welcoming. The mechanics did a very thorough look over of my car to make sure my car is in optimum condition. the service was very speedy and conveniently they were able to do the work that day. Also they were very reasonably priced. I know for a fact ill be bringing my car here in the future and telling my friends and family to do the same.

John and Lisa and everyone at Plymouth Auto and Tire deserve a standing ovation for their help they gave us. Our car broke down over the holidays with our two young kids in it. The dealer said half a week or longer to repair and clearly did not care about our situation. Plymouth Auto and Tire Center got it done in 24 hours. And this was a replaced front axle. They had someone drive out of state to get the part before I approved the estimate because they knew how urgent it was and they wanted to do everything they could to have it ready as fast as possible. They gave us a free loaner ford explorer to use while the repairs were being made. They communicated quickly and professionally and they genuinely cared about us and our car. I cannot say enough good things. I have recommended all my family and friends go here. Thank you!

I was recommended to Plymouth auto and tire after just moving to the area.  I scheduled a time to get my oil changed and was very impressed with Lisa who spoke to me about my car.   She was very patient and never spoke over my head. She made sure that anything she explained, I understood. I just moved from out of state and am currently on a very limited income.  She explained a couple of concerns that her mechanics notated about my car that would be important for me to watch for.  I never felt pressured, only educated on these concerns. (I even recently noticed that my car had not been “right” but didn’t know why). 

While I was waiting for my oil to be changed  another  customer  who was waiting for his car to be completed began talking with me. He informed me that Lisa has treated him with nothing but respect since he began bringing his car there, and that he would never go elsewhere. 

I am so relieved to know that I have found an automobile service station where I am made to feel so comfortable, pressure free, and all my safety concerns are explained on a level I understand. I will definitely go back to get the small repairs I need on my car very soon and will return to Plymouth auto and tire for all my  future automobile needs.
