I took my daughter to D1 for the kids classes and she absolutely loved them. She also does individual soccer training sessions with Maria and her skills have improved substantially over the last year. Seeing her success, I too decided to work out with a trainer, Graham, and I very much enjoy it. Both Maria and Graham are awesome trainers! All the staff at D1 are friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and caring. It is not just a gym but a community of people (professional athletes to average people like me) working together to reach their individual fitness goals. I strongly recommend D1 to everyone (including kids) no matter their age, skill level, or fitness goals.

What a awesome place this is, I’ve only been going for a little over two months but I love it. All of the staff are friendly and awesome to work with, the work outs push me harder then I would have ever worked out alone at a gym. Really recommend anyone looking to get in shape.

Fantastic workout and options for all ages! Graham knows his stuff and is doing a great job preparing our daughter for club tryouts; very enthusiastic and professional. The privates are not cheap but think they are well worth the price!!

I've been going to D1 for just over 4 years now since having my daughter and attend boot camp 3-5 days/week. I've tried local gyms and everything from personal training to cross fit to boxing and nothing comes close to the experience at D1. Kennie and the coaches are positive & passionate about what they do which shows every single day in their work. Whether you're looking to get into shape or already in great shape and want a structured class (bootcamp, strength, mobility) + results - there is nothing better in the Southeast than D1. They have the most positive atmosphere, are reasonably priced, consistently change workouts, motivate, care immensely about their clients and have become family. I can't ever see myself going anywhere else with how they continue to evolve their class format and training to meet such a wide range of clientele's needs. I highly recommend you coming in to try and workout and see for yourself what makes them the best!

The best atmosphere to work out in. Kenni and the entire D1 family are awesome. They truly love what they do and love you being healthy. I love this place and the people here. They truly are the reason I go here.
