Love this Y! The facilities have recently been updated and are super nice! All of the instructors are extremely helpful and explain the movements in the classes to make sure you are getting the maximum potential from your workout. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. I was previously a member of Lifetime and feel like I am getting the same value (minus some splash pads at the pool) for way less.

This is the best YMCA in Wake County: friendly ppl, clean facility, and patrons are also happy and friendly. I also am blessed to know fhey believe in keeping the C in the YMCA
