Ken and the guys at Damage factory are top class! Amazing service, fantastic knowledge and they never make you feel bad about not knowing as much as them. Combine the great service with the best prices around and you will realize there is no other place to go!

Great store with great guys. Always feel welcome there and never rushed. It's a good place to go in and just BS with them. I will definitely keep going there.

The guys at the shop are top notch. They went above and beyond what they had to do and got me out with what needed well under budget. About $300 under budget actually. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to see them first before going anywhere else.

These guys are beyond the best in the business. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and are always available if you have questions. The selection on hand is unparalleled and if they don't happen to have what you're looking for, they'll help you build it or they'll order it for you. My wife and I have been coming to see Ken and Mike here for years and couldn't be more pleased.

Where do I begin? I came into the Damage Factory on 5/20/17 because I was having some issues with my safety selector on my AR. Mike was the absolute best when I came to trouble shooting the situation. The problem was that the "sweet" speed selector I installed was not compatible with my Hyperfire ECL. He recommended the SLS Noveske ambi switch which I just so happen to own but did not like because of a figment issue I had with it previously. Mike also resolved that issue after installing. With a different detent and spring set he managed to get the #Elit3 up and running again. I absolutely love the fact that Damage Factory is not only convenient to where I live, but they're extremely knowledgeable with these situations. Thank You fellas for everything and I will forever be a customer and fan
