Went to get my car service, when I called to make an appointment the girl I spoke to was polite and pleasant on the phone. The service dept is great, they kept me updated and fixed all my concerns. They were always able to answer all of my questions and had my car fixed very quickly. Really can’t complain , glad I went with Dana ford.

I have been going to Dana Ford for years and I never had a problem. The sales people are great. I made a purchase and after realized it was the wrong car and the folks at Dana fixed it right away and I got a great price on my explorer. I was there again and leased an escape and the service was great.

Not sure if I caught them at the wrong time but they weren't too happy today. Normally the service associate's are very good and upbeat. Every company goes through a transition and with my experiences there should be a person that handles customer vehicle issues. One shouldn't be chasing them after 4 days to see if their vehicle is ready. Once associate process the manifest for that vehicle the manager should receive a copy and follow-up with the customer and keep the abreast to what's going on with the vehicle. Yes, after 1 week having the car for maintenance the tiempo completely change. The reps and the associates who received my car were very helpful. I know through experience everyone is entitled to a bad day.

Worked with JT, probably most honest salesmen I worked with ever. Didn't have anxiety about getting a new car. Straight forward and easy to talk to.

I purchased my 2012 MKt from Ford and have been very happy since getting my car. Frank was my salesman and has been responsive over the years to any of my needs. I have had to bring it in for service a few times and have always been treated with respect and consideration of my time and always supplied me with a loner.  Back in November my car was parked and a van hit it and destroyed the front end on the passenger side of the car.  I called Dana and they immediately hooked me up with their repair shop in Staten Island who did a great job.  I have three car seats for my grandkids so they did the work as quickly as possible and same with anytime I bring the car in for service.  I highly recommend them and am thinking of also leasing a car from them now.....Thanks Dana
