Was only here for a few minutes for a few quick questions, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They let me sit in a few show room cars while I waited to ask the few questions I had. They were no-pressure as I asked my questions, and gave me a business card should I have any additional questions. I did end up buying the car model I was asking about, but ended up buying used from a different seller (nothing against this dealership, I was just looking for a specific used model that was only in stock down in NJ). When it comes time for service, I will be using this dealership because of the great initial experience I had here.

Excellent sales personnel, honest up front, no games pleasurable buying experience. Love my 500 5 speed. Excellent in all regards. Will return for my next car

I worked with Jeff and he made everything so easy. Very professional and he did everything he could to work out a deal I was happy with. The whole staff there was friendly. I would buy from this dealership again in the future and I highly recommend you do too

I recently purchased a used BMW 328xi from Danbury Alfa Romeo Fiat. The car was started for me before I left the dealership to warm up. The very next day I noticed the service light was on (only briefly comes on when you start the car). I called them immediately, they told me the car had been serviced and the red service light will just come on when you start the car and will disappear. A few days later we drove an hour to them to have the car checked out. Again, they told us the light was on but nothing was wrong with the car. That same day we took the car to BMW and they informed us that the lights indicate 5 items were PAST DUE for service (spark plugs, microfilter, brake flush, vehicle check, and oil -- although Danbury Fiat did send me documentation of an oil change). I was quoted ~$1,100 for the fixes. Danbury Alfa Romeo Fiat never informed me of the light and told me that they will not assume responsibility to fix the other issues. Shame because everyone was friendly before I put the deposit down. Afterwards it was like pulling teeth to get any information or straightforward answers from them. I've never written a negative review, however, this one feels well warranted.
