The people deliver exceptional service from the moment I walked in the door. Tucker thoroughly explained every feature in my new car and even went the extra mile to set up my bluetooth, apple car play, SOS etc. Rich checked in throughout the process to make sure it was going smoothly. Jerry, the credit manager, made me feel very comfortable and explained all of the terms and options in my financing. The used car manager (I can't recall his name at the moment) was extremely fair and made me feel well taken care of. Overall they took a stressful situation and make it enjoyable. I actually look forward to coming back to Volvo of Danbury.

horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I asked to place a deposit on a car to two sales associates I was told it wasn't needed. I drove 2 and half hours to pull up to them showing the car I was interested in to someone else. then told by the manager the person who buys the car the fastest gets it. this is no way to treat a customer. they also ran my credit several times because I had to finance through them it was said it was soft hit...wrong a hard hit on my credit report. don't waist your time going here. Isnt it funny read below a guy had the same issue I did. the car I was interested in sat on the lot for almost 4 months. car salesmen have horrible reputations of being sneaky and slimy well Rich and Tucker are the portrat for that.

I had the pleasure of working with Tucker Benyus as my car salesman. He went above and beyond to help us with any questions, including setting up an overnight test drive to really get a feel for the car. Throughout the process he was helpful, informative, and willing to go the extra mile to earn our business, without ever applying the hard sell. He gave us his cell phone number and ensured us that even post purchase he would be available to help us when any servicing or maintenance issues arose. Overall all I would highly recommend speaking with Tucker if considering a Volvo. 

I will update this review in one year to comment on the servicing department, follow up issues, etc.

Best place for everything Volvo. Nicest customer service people, always accommodating and helpful. Comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks or ask.for a loaner or a ride. I've been a customer there for as long as they've been in this location.

Found a pre-owned car I wanted to purchase on their website, called to make sure it was still available and was told that it was indeed available and was told to come on in to take a look. Immediately I drove an hour to the dealership only to find out they had sold it out from under me. I'm sure they had another interested party, and offered it to them first, but didn't bother to tell me about that. Complete waste of my time. Typical sleazy salespeople.
