I went to niemeyers to repair a tractor that I knew was going to be toast.  No pressure sales and knowledge led me to a new fuel injected model.  I cannot believe how improved the cub cadets are.  They addressed some issues from the past and really happy with my purchase.  And on top of it all my bagger from my 10 year old model worked on the new tractor.  I have seen some bad reviews, but I assume one guy went there on a Saturday and they are open for our convenience, not theres.  My guess with the plug issue is that they put a tube in it instead of plugging it as I had same issue, but was fine when I found out the real reason.  When its time in 10-15 years I'll be back again.  Sorry it took so long!

Terrible customer service. Went there in April looking for a Cub Cadet walk behind mower. Spoke to a salesman ( I won't mention his name, all though I should) who said they were out of them and would be getting more in a week. Gave my name and phone number. Salesman NEVER called me back even after I called him THREE times leaving messages with another person. I guess I should of been interested in a expensive zero turn tractor to receive the call back. I called Cub Cadet directly and they sent me the exact mower with free shipping and no sales tax due to my experience. They also said there were plenty of mowers in the area and couldn't understand why the problem with Niemeyer. I called Niemeyer back after receiving the mower from the factory and asked for the president to call me. He wouldn't even call me back. I thought it would be good feedback for his business. Looking at the Google reviews this bad customer service seems to be common with Niemeyer.

Very happy with the Stihl leaf blower I purchased here. They were friendly and spent about a half hour teaching me about the blower and maintaining gas tools in general.  Much better than going to a big box store since they actually service what they sell.

Mower repairs are incredibly overpriced and it takes at least two weeks no matter how simple the repair. Personally I won’t be going back.
