This is my go to place for my car because I know that the work will be done correctly and the pricing is a good value. The staff is very accommodating. For example, the car technicians took a picture of my son's toy fixing the car because my son believes that cars are Transformers and toys can anything a person can. Overall, if I could rate more than 5 (five) stars I would.

My sales person, Tom Himsworth, was the reason I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for an SUV but was not committed to any Make/Model. Tom was so helpful and informative that I felt comfortable I would be taken care of at Audi Devon and that Tom would be there even after I purchased the Q5. As a matter of fact he was, Two days after I got the car I had to call him to find out how to find the defroster and how to turn on the back windshield wiper. And, as he promised, he was there to help. Nathan also was very clear and concise while we were doing all the paperwork when I picked up the car. I don't replace my cars often so Audi Devon will not have to be happy to have me as a service customer but I will definitely recommend Tom and Audi Devon to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

The techs are true professionals - courteous, thorough, and detail oriented. Andre our tech made sure that the problem with my car was corrected as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I drove around in a beautiful, brand new Q5 for a few hours. I'd also add that although I was helped by Andre during this visit, all of the techs at Audi Devon are knowledgeable and professional.

I live closer to another Audi dealership that I used in the past with unsatisfactory results. I was pleasantly surprised at the way Devon treated me and my 2005 A8L. Kyle my service advisory was great and very attentive to my vehicle issue and keep me updated as to the progress of my repairs. I will continue to drive miles out of my way to take my vehicle to Devon. This is the way a service department should operate. GREAT JOB AUDI DEVON!!!!

The SAs were so RUDE when they saw us drive a Nissan to the store. They also gave us a really high price of a 2017 used premium A4 (over $40,000 in total). They exploited us because we were new car buyers. Their attitudes were like "buy it, or leave" and they say "we treat our customers like friends" which only happens after you pay the price. Won't choose them anymore.
