Outstanding Customer Service and willingness to help. I purchased a high end used Mercedes E-Class with the help of Brian. Brian, what can i say, the guy helped us with the entire process, listened to our concerns and was very transparent with us. He described the vehicle as it was, and we put our trust in them and the YBH family. Jeff, the manager, made it simple for us, we had a hiccup and he took care of it Immediately. These guys stand behind there cars, we drove 4 hours to come get the vehicle, and upon arrival, they detailed the car, put all the additional items we requested on it and made sure we were taken car of. A wonderful experience... Jeff and Brian, Thank you both!

Sales people seemed nice sent us to lunch and 5 minutes later called to tell us they couldn't help my brother in law with a car. Just tell us to our face, don't send us away and then call like a little Weasel! By the way we left there drove and hour home to Newark Chrysler Jeep Dodge and he drove off with a truck!!! They were able too help!

Great dealership and honest, friendly staff. YBH is a great family-owned business, who's employees are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They are willing to work with you, treat you fairly and I've never gotten the icky car salesman vibe. Very upfront about the cars they have and are selling. I'd recommend YBH to anyone looking for an affordable, well maintained car for themselves or child.

I had a great time buying my car at YBH. I worked with Brian who had the car I was interested in set aside to test drive immediately. There was no pressure or slimy sales tactics to push another car on me. Brian volunteered the Carfax and maintenance records and even gave me an estimate for price and payment with my trade in before running my credit to make sure I was ok with it. The whole process was painless and I would definitely buy another car from YBH.

As Michael D'Orazio I received a call from the used car manager Frank today 7/13. I can respect the fact that they read my review above and didn't like it (I did mod it a little). He started off very negative with again repeating that I bought a 12 year old car. Trying to make me feel like a fool or guilty about my review. Folks I have bought many used cars and many new cars and my Mercedes dealer has never done anything like this to me. What I expected from Frank was a very different attitude. More like “what can we do to make this right” type of attitude. Even though the car was purchased “as is”, the first time we rolled down the window, tried to put gas in it or turned the lights on we found an issue that is critical. Critical enough that we could be pulled over by the police for a light out. Oh, I did mention that replacing the bulb is not the issue, right? Customer service folks. You want me to come back and service through your dealership? Use some people skills. I would easily accept splitting cost to get this resolved. That would make me happy and gain my trust for future services. Instead he offered to buy the car back. I can respect that to, however, that means I would have to go car shopping again. Coordinating with my sons 2 jobs and my crazy work schedule. I don’t have the time. Yes I said this to Frank. Still the only thing he offered was to take the car back. He is not understanding customer service yet. I tend to feel that they know there are electrical issues with the rear lights and the cost to fix is high so they never offered anything. Could that be the case? Oh, except to say we will buy the car back. Not what I really want to do right now and have to go car shopping again. Let me also be very transparent. I understand that they are in business to make money. I bought an A4 w/ 125k miles 3.2L engine and paid $64XX plus tax and tags etc. bringing it to just over $7k. Did I get a deal? It was OK considering they did some work to it but I could have gotten one cheaper for sure so cost wasn’t the point. However, I do like to feel that I got a deal, don’t you? Frank, thank you for the call. What I want to hear from your organization is that it will be fixed. I would even pay the full price if I could get a smile and a cup of coffee while I waited. Well rather while my son waited. I guess we are past that now. Alex, Wendy and Jim, I have met you all many years ago and have the utmost respect for your parents (RIP) but please reach out to your management staff and teach them how to treat people. Send them to classes or something. This doesn’t mean you won’t make sales. This means you will get people coming back, forever. At this point I can’t really say that I would. Sorry.
