From the test drive to the final pickup, this process was as easy and efficient as could be.  Jason took me on a test drive and provided me with great customer service and respected my wait time of 3 months.  Once I decided on the exact model, I came in, and Jason accommodated me by finding the exact color I was looking for.  Once my new car arrived, all the paperwork was ready and I was in and out in no time.  Tom worked very fast, while also being informative about each document I was signing.  Great experience from nuts to bolts.  I look forward to bringing my car to Rafferty for service and would highly recommend them.

Owen made the buying process smooth and painless. I came in with a vehicle in mind and he accommodated me and my schedule to make it happen as quick as possible, even helping get me in the car before my insurance settlement came through. That relieved a lot of stress in a tough time. I've already recommended Owen and the team at Rafferty to family and friends, something I would never have done with the previous dealership I bought from. And Jennifer was great from the first email I sent showing interest in the dealership. Quick responses and accurate information. The two make a great team.

The experience I had at Rafferty was good, every time my wife and I walked in we were asked if we'd like water or coffee. Employees acknowledged our existence. It was a very good experience at the dealership.

However, what made buying a new car an even better experience was our salesman, Mike Burfield. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. One thing I'm not a fan about any type of sales is how pushy people can be, however this was not the case with Mike. Mike would present you with a coverage or an up sell and explain what it is, if you declined he was not pushing it down your throat. This made for a very good experience.

I will continue my review on the other departments as we go in and out of there.

I spoke to Jenny on the phone and she set up an appointment for me to test drive a car. I met Dean at the dealership and he was a great help. He was honest about what he could and could not do.  No bait and switch, just a professional, straightforward, sales person who was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns about the car. We came to a deal quickly and was out the door in no time.  This is the second car I have bought from the Rafferty team and I will return there when is time to look for another.

I was a little hesitant to work with a dealer that I had not worked with in the past, but it was a very nice experience.  To start, I called to express interest in particular car that was on the lot and set up and appointment.  The car and sales rep Ben were ready and waiting for me right when I arrived.  They gave a great price right off the bat, and there was zero pressure to buy right then and there.  Throughout the process Ben was (and continues to be post-sale) readily available to answer any questions I had.  When it came time to take delivery with my whole family in tow, they had us in and out quickly.  There is no funny business at the finance table, either.  Everything was exactly as promised.  A nice experience from start to finish.
