My overall experience at Darling's Honda Nissan Volvo was a breeze thanks to Kathy and her finance team run by Ben. I was nervous at first to take on a brand new car with a car payment but Kathy assured me again and again that I could handle it! I signed with the peace of mind knowing I was purchasing a reliable, safe, and affordable car. Kathy goes above and beyond to make sure you are driving off the lot with the car you want and a price that you feel comfortable paying. She is a super down to earth person who does not use pressure to try and sell her cars. She will simply be real with you, show you the numbers, and get you the price you want! I suggest her to anyone that is in the market for a new car!

Kathy Giddings has been and still is the greatest help I've ever had from a Sales Person of any kind! No pressure, highly informed, sales with a smile! When I entered the dealership, I had already decided on a different make and model truck. Kathy was able to show me why this Nissan Titan was what I actually needed, without pressure! She got me the best price and set me up with the extras I was looking for, up to and including : making appointments for me and ferrying my truck around for me because I live so far away! She researched questions I had and brought the Head of Service over to us to address other concerns. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an Auto Sales Person! Hands down the FACE OF NISSAN for me!

We have purchased three cars from this dealership over the years, and one of the main reasons is because of the outstanding customer service we receive from the Service Department! They always go out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me comfortable while I'm waiting. A very special "Thank You" to Stephen York for his kindness to me on my recent visit. While waiting, I received a call with the sad news of the passing of a dear family friend. A public place is not ideal to hear such news. I was treated with empathy and kindness, and I'm very appreciative for Steve's handling of the situation.

I was recommended to Scott Larabee on the advice of a friend; I was so happy I took her advice! Scott was the epitome of a "perfect salesman". He was kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. My van, which was my only vehicle, had just died the previous day so I was in a rather hurried predicament to get another vehicle. Even though he knew my situation, Scott did not attempt to pressure me into anything that I was not comfortable with either price-wise or "upgrade-wise". He listened to what I wanted and did his best to accommodate it. When I fell in love with what is now my Nissan Rogue, he was with me every step of the way on a very convoluted path to obtaining it, and rejoicing in my great fortune in being able to own this SUV. Scott is a gentleman and I'd recommend him to anyone.

From the moment I met him I knew I was working with someone I could trust. Joe greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Throughout the search Joe was always available and responsive. I had an extremely specific car I wanted and Joe worked tirelessly to get it for me. When my current car died and the timeline got accelerated, he got my exact car only two days later! Ask anyone who knows him and they’ll tell you Joe breaks the mold of “car salesmen”. I also worked with Ben who was professional, friendly, and completely not pushy. I’ll be telling everyone about the amazing experience I had at Darling’s!
