We are now into our second lease with Downeast.  The process was quick and thorough.  Our sales representative(Vern) was amazing!  He gave us information and space to make our decision in a relaxing environment.  We have been extremely please with Downeast.  We have recommended the dealership to friends and family; none have ever been displeased with their service or sales.

I recently leased a new Toyota Camry from Downeast Toyota. I had done comparisons with 3 other Toyota dealers and they came out on top. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Chrystal in finance put together the best deal and the application process for the lease with Shawn went great.  Special thanks to Dean Craig and Mark Lockman who were my primary contacts. They could not have been more helpful in answering questions and having the whole experience rate 5 stars. I was greeted with a smile when I first walked in by Rita at the desk and the whole staff I dealt with were just GREAT!!  I will recommend Downeast Toyota to anyone I meet looking for a vehicle. Thanks again!!

Chuck Jameson and the entire Downeast Toyota team were extremely helpful during the entire car buying process.  They made the process easy and worked with me to put me into a new Tacoma.  I couldn't be happier and will continue to go there for all my auto needs!!  There is nowhere better!!

The first time I dealt with Downeast Toyota was in 2010. I was 24 years old and was buying my very first BRAND NEW vehicle on my own. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla Sport, received an exceptionally low rate, and just had an overall amazing experience. I sold that car 2 years ago for almost $10K. If that doesn’t speak to brand and quality, I don’t know what will.

After selling my car, I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4-Runner Limited edition, privately. Again, the vehicle was wonderful and that tough brand just couldn’t be beat. My husband and I both love the vehicle and have kept because of how much we enjoy it.

Forward ahead to now, we have some life changes happening for my husband and our family so we decided it was time to invest in a new vehicle again. We went to several area dealerships, but none compared to the experience with Downeast Toyota. Ryan Witham was our sales rep and he was exceptional. Ryan listened to us - truly understood what we were looking for in a vehicle and what we were going to do in the next 3 years, and made his recommendations from there. We made our decision on leasing a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD V6. It’s beautiful, affordable, buyout was phenomenal, and delivers the necessary capabilities we need.

Additionally, Ryan understood and recognized this wasn’t a truck to be sold to my husband, but one that needed to be sold to me. I truly appreciated that he paid attention, he listened, and, in the end, my husband and I both can drive a vehicle we really enjoy and meets our family needs. Ryan clearly has enough experience to understand his customers. Ryan was an excellent salesman and I would highly recommend going to see him for your next vehicle.

I couldn’t be happier with my new truck. I feel very informed and good about my purchase details. If you are going to buy a Toyota buy it at Down East Toyota. Ryan and Don and the rest of the people that made it happen are awesome !
