The room itself is not bad at all.  Seems clean on the surface.  The only thing that i don't care for is the really dark floors and dark curtains... makes the room dark... all minor.   The thing that really bothered me the most is just now seeing a mouse run right by my bed (this happened like 15 minutes ago).  Room was on the first floor.  The two stars are for the front desk being helpful in immediately giving me a new room key and putting me in a room on a higher floor.  Let's see how it goes from here....  oh and by the way, the lady at the front desk did not seemed to be the least bit shocked about my beedy eyed discovery...

Good thing they don't have to compete with civilian hotels. Off base price with half the overhead.  No pool, no breakfast, don't try coming back to your room earlier than 15:00 it won't be cleaned, you can only enter the hotel by the front door (they took out the card readers at all doors. Park out back and you ha e to walk around the building) poor customer service by management due to being on base, and who's going to fire them. They have taken plates and plastic utensils out of rooms if you plan on an extended stay.

This is the best military lodging that I have stayed at. It is better than some civilian hotels, and half the price. All the rooms are very clean and it is all enclosed, no rooms connect directly outside. I like these style hotels much better. Sadly there is no pool and no free breakfast, but for the price you cannot complain.

A hidden gem!  This was the first time I've stayed here.  Friendly staff and convent location for much of the Minneapolis and St Paul area.  Avoid drill weekend...it my be hard to get a reservation.
