There's not much around in the area. The hotel is decent and clean. The customer service is more than lacking. There's a sign for a restaurant downstairs which makes little to nothing in comparison to the sign.

Not a bad spot to spend a night or two. Most rooms are clean and the area isn't so bad either

Terrible. Deal breakers: They had a party in the basement until the early morning with REALLY loud music that kept us awake (on another floor), and they advertise having a restaurant that the guy at the front desk said was "closed for good." Then why is it still advertised to unwitting customers? Not worth the money they charge in the least. So displeased. I'll sum this up by saying that this hotel has obviously decided to try to squeeze every dollar out of its building as possible, sacrificing quality in some big ways. We got to this hotel and the staff seemed pretty disinterested in us, neglecting to tell us details like when breakfast was, and how to use the WiFi (they were supposed to give us a code it turns out). We asked for a shuttle, and they told us not to call until we arrived at the station where they wanted to pick us up at. When I asked how far away they were from that pickup location, the guy said 10 or 15 minutes. Given that we were arriving from Europe and it was 2 am for our bodies at that moment, the request to wait to call the shuttle seemed exceedingly absurd. We rented the room at this hotel because it had a restaurant and complimentary breakfast, so we could easily eat, but the staff said the restaurant was "closed for good". When I asked surprisedly, "you mean there's no restaurant at all," he changed his answer and just said it's not open right now. When we got to our room, it was hot because they had turned off the air (I suppose to save money). I've been in a lot of weird places but this is the first hotel I've ever been in when the air was completely turned off, making all of those wonderfully gross hotel smells that they usually hide with frigid temperatures seem all the more pungent. The walls were literally shaking from very loud music which I assumed was coming from some other building. Otherwise, it would really be a terrible hotel to allow music so loud it shook fixtures on our walls after 10 pm. When I asked the guy at the front desk, he said nonchalantly that the music was coming from the basement. It was a party. At the hotel. It went on and on, finishing well after 11:30 pm, when I finally passed out due to jet lag after waiting on takeout to eat since there was no food in the hotel. I don't blame the party goers - the hotel decided to sacrifice the sleep and peace of all its other guests for the sake of a party reservation knowing full well it cannot accommodate both a loud party and sleeping, jetlagged guests with small children. The doors and walls in our room were terribly scraped, chipped, and dirty. The latch lock on the top of the door (not the deadbolt) had been torn off, so we only had the deadbolt, no chain, no other latches. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower even though I wanted to so much. My husband made a comment that he thought I said that Days Inns are better than similarly priced hotels, and I said, "Well, that usually is true, but obviously this one is not in that club." To top things off, we had to leave to catch our connecting flight by 6:30 am. When we looked up when the complimentary breakfast started (another key reason we picked that hotel)...didn't start until 7am on Saturdays and Sundays. Even on weekdays it starts at 6:30 am, which is really too late when your main clientele are people catching flights. A complete bust, and by far the worst Days Inn I've ever been to. We'll never be back, and we're in NYC for connections pretty often.

It's clean, that's about it. Sorry the 'breakfast' is pretty poor too.

Nice space. Pretty good area and I felt safe. No service on the "C" floor, unless you are near the elevator, but overall a nice banquet hall. it's medium size ( the hall we were in) but it was very nice! I would recommend!
