This was decent, clean, and the staff was friendly and competent. No frills, but all the important basics were in place. Occasional traffic noise in the hotel room, but very minor. Shower pressure a little low, but tolerable The "continental breakfast" actually had scrambled and hard-boiled eggs and sausage on offer, as well as fresh baked muffins, brewed coffees, fruit and cereal. Better than I was expecting. Very fast check in and check out. About a 15-minute cab ride to JFK, with a cab company the front desk called and arrived in about 5 minutes. (Be warned: my cab was a black car that did not look like a cab, but once I checked inside, the man had his taxi driver licenses on display). Also, note that if the hotel calls the taxi for you, the taxi service may not take cards. My driver had to stop at an ATM so I could get cash, because they had no device to take cards. You can only pay with a card if you call yourself to reserve the car and talk to dispatch.

Much better cleanliness and room amenities than expected. Smooth check in and check out. Extremely helpful front seat staff. Everything looked newly renovated. Excellent quality bedding no different from a high end hotel (having stayed in hotels all over the world). Would not hesitate to stay here again

Clean, convenient, close to eatery's,easy freeway access and close to public transportation. The free parking is a plus. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great overnight stay after picking up my car from JFK long term parking after a long, tiring flight. Easy to find / good parking. 20 minutes from airport. Friendly helpful staff. Grocery store closeby.

My wife and I stayed here for a business trip of hers and while the reviews didn't list it favorably, the hotel is non smoking, convenient to the highway, and clean. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The waffles for the complementary breakfast were great! We upgraded and had the room with the Jacuzzi and it was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.
