The employees that work here are very helpful and are try to work with people of all budgets and situations. I came in for a new key fob recently and they typically charge you to program it, but I told them I didn't want it programmed because I had found a way to do it myself and save money. I have come here for services as well. They do a very thorough job and wash your car for free afterwards. They offer loaner cars and have Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, water and snacks in the lobby.

Vehicle purchase experience was good, two service visits were poor and I will not be returning for any further service here.  On the first visit, they put in the wrong type of oil for my vehicle.  I brought this to the attention of the service mgr. but he wouldn't listen, even when I showed him the service bulletin for my vehicle.  So, I ended up replacing the oil myself as I plan to put a lot of miles on this vehicle.  On the most recent visit, they performed a service that was unrelated to the reason the vehicle was in there without consulting me.  It was a "free" oil change!  I had already replaced the oil myself only a week prior with what I knew to be the proper (and very expensive full synthetic) oil, so I now have to perform another oil change at my expense!  Service adviser shrugged his shoulders when I expressed my frustration with them performing work on my vehicle without prior notice and authorization.

Visited today for service.  Dropped vehicle off at 8am vehicle was ready for pickup by 12:30.  Used a nice loaner car while waiting for my car.  Service was great!

Had a recall on the air bags on my honda and the folks at DCH were great at processing what must have been a huge burden on their mechanic's and other crews, they had coffee and treats and a clean and spacious sitting area, everyone was friendly and professional and the i was happily suprised how little paperwork or time it took. Good job Honda for taking care of this recall with such care, i got mail 3 different times in just over a months time, making sure i was aware of the importance of the recall and assurances that it was all gonna be  free and easy to get done, which it was.
