If you plan on visiting DCH HONDA, see Brandon Hernandez.  My husband and I went in to purchase a car for our daughter. We test drove several cars. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions. We found the perfect used car within our budget. The car needed minor He work so we picked it up the following day and Brandon came in the next day even though it was his day off. He was honest with us and provided excellent (above and beyond) customer service.  Thanks to Brandon!

My son needed a new car so I decided to sell him my 2012 Civic and buy a new one.  First off, I loved my car so there were no issues with the 2012.  My wife wanted a few more bells and whistles, and a backup camera.  So, down I go to DCH Honda on Saturday morning to see what I can find.  I had done a little research so I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay.  I dealt with Cody and his sales lead David.  Within minutes we identified a car in their inventory and agreed to a price.  We completed the paperwork, the car was prepped and I picked it up right after lunch.  The entire experience was efficient, straightforward and overall quite enjoyable.

Bought my car August 2016. Best experience all around. Now every oil change or maintenance is all done there too. I drive from San Diego county to get it.. I'm incredibly picky/honest person but all these people treat you as family and provide the best customer service and respect, which is why I have stayed.

I had to bring my Odyssey in to DCH Honda for a warranty repair and Tim Triplett went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and as fast as possible. He was also fantastic about keeping me updated and had more compassion, understanding, and patience than I have come to expect from someone that deals with that many different people every single day. He was fantastic to deal with. While I was waiting with my children multiple employees talked to us and were genuinely nice. They all seemed to enjoy being there and weren’t just trying to push the next sale.  Much better than the dealership I had been to previously. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DCH Honda to anyone. Thank you so much!

I bought my first new car here. I worked with Brandon and Evan and couldn’t of had a better experience. They were both friendly and took their time to show me the car I bought. Their customer service is amazing. They didn’t try to swingle anything or or try to convince me to get extra stuff. They made my experience fast and fun. I would definitely recommend if someone was in the market for a new car to go talk to one of them. I’m extremely happy with my Honda Civic touring. I love my car!
