We have been dealing with Temecula Nissan for Several years now and We are happy with their vehicles and the Service Department is awesome. Jeremy and the staff He commands make sure your vehicle is repaired or maintained to the highest standards of the vehicle's Industry. Thank you guys for your 5 star service.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. We purchased a car from Temecula Nissan and were assured that the financing was taken care of and we signed for a good rate. I called numerous times to follow up and was always told that it was still being processed but that everything was going to be taken care of and if it wasn't the dealership would make things right. After a few weeks of following up we were told that they were unable to find financing. At this point I already had my own financing lined up however the APR was higher. I asked if the dealer would be able to come down on the price so that we could keep the same monthly payment but they refused and said they wouldn't budge on price at all. Greg in financing attempted to bully us in to signing for a higher APR and sited parts of the contract in an attempt to force it on us. After notifying them that under the contract they had 10 days to notify us and since they did not they were required to finance the car for the price and APR agreed to they began making threats and acting very hostile towards us threatening to take the car back and berate us for putting ourselves in this situation. They also violated the law in not paying off our trade in vehicle in the time specified by law. In the end we ended up having them come pick up the car from another dealership we were at at the time. We purchased the same type of car for $3,000 cheaper and got more for our trade in. We also got approved for a loan for an even better interest rate than agreed to with them. Temecula Nissan continually had poor business practices and I even consulted with an attorney that was confident they could have won the case if we had of decided on going to court. We have since then filed a report with the BBB as well as the CA attorney general.

I was visiting from out of state when a transmission line ruptured and ultimately ruined the transmission on my 2012 Nissan Armada.  I had it towed to Temecula Nissan early Sunday morning.  I was early (before opening).  Ronnie Garner came out to the street to ask about my problem!  He then took my information and told me that he would take care of the situation.  I had an extended warrant and was hoping all would be well.  A very happy ending.  Ronnie did as he said My Armada was repaired under warranty.  In the interim I had a rental car and was able to get about.  Temecula Nissan Service department came through for me in a big way with no hassles whatsoever.  A great experience!  Thanks Ron!!!

You gotta watch these guys! Had an oil change doe here yesterday and ended up receiving a test from service dept. recommending I change the air filter for $30 and the in cabin air filter for $70. 
I just replaced both of these items at this same dealership about 3,000 miles ago!
When I confronted them about this the service manager said he would check and get back to me to me.
After actually looking at the filters he agreed they were both extremely clean. Why then was replacement recommended?! Also  got was a very week and guilty sounding apologie.
Don't trust this place for service! They tried to rip me off for $100 and no excuse!!!

Nick one of the staff provided me with great help and welcomed me.
Forgot my card to use the charge point for my EV, he was able to get it going for me
