I had been looking for a new car for a while now and I can say with full certainty that I am apart of the Subaru family now for life!

I walked in with my friend and was immediately impressive with the staff of both dealerships(Subaru/Mazda). My go to guy is Derek Adams, he didn’t try to take advantage of the deal, he never once tried to get me to look at the most expensive car on the lot. He listened to what I wanted and found everything in my price range!  Before I left the lot he took the time to go over all the bells and whistles of the car so I would be ready to go. Safety first! Derek even made sure my phone was hooked up to the Bluetooth so I would be safe on the road! It is very true what Derek said “Subaru sells itself” but having an AMAZING sales consultant to help get everything I could ever want is why he is my go to guy!

If you need a Subaru call the Temecula location and ask for Derek and you will see why I left a 5 Star review!!

I would rate zero stars if I could. We Had an appointment today and was told we could test drive the vehicle and then sit down and put a down payment/sign the contract on a Crosstrek that was in transit. Test drive went fine but later found out when we sat down that none of the leg work for finding this vehicle had been done and we waited 4 hours to be told they were still "working on it". Now I understand that nothing was set in stone on the phone but they did say they had the vehicle we wanted and it was in transit to their site. On top of it all they sent us to lunch and by the time we got back they were dealing with another customer and put us on the back burner. I felt like we were sent away just so they could make an easier sale. I am very disappointed with the customer service and hope that this doesn't happen to any other person.

This was the worst customer service I had ever had here before. My leased vehicle has had to be called in on a recall twice and they fixed the issue at hand. I brought it in on my own and informed them of what was happening and asked if I could maybe switch into a different car to no longer have to deal with this problem and I was to to "JUST DEAL WITH IT." How RUDE.. I asked for my pay off so I could end my lease if they were going to act like that and no one would help me...

Salesman: "They're over there." And points in the direction of some cars. Wow, no kidding?!?
