Second time buying a car here and I come all the way from Downtown Los Angeles to get my cars from here because everyone here is so nice and welcoming, I can buy a car in LA and get the average sales person who just wants to sell you a car and get you going or come here and get a sales person who makes you feel comfortable and makes it easy for you to buy a car whether it's your first time, second time or tenth time... William G is the perfect person for this job, friendly, patient and genuine!!
Jen was amazing over the phone and finally met her in person when I walked in, over all the entire place and team Gosch ford has is amazing, might sound a little too much but I won't be buying my cars from anywhere else other than this place.

I went to have my 2016 Ford Focus serviced. Went to go check out the new cats. Sales was fantastic,they just couldn't put me in a new cat for a lower payment. When I came out of sales I went to pick up my car. Which is black. Not only did they do my normal maintenance, but they washed it too. Thank you Gosch Ford of Temecula

Steve, Vince, and Adrian are the best. They got me into a 2018 Mustang with a fantastic deal! And they expedited the process because my wife and I were in a very tight time-crunch. Much appreciated. Wonderful experience!

Well, my twin sister and I (along with our one year old puppy) were just entering the 215 North to head up the mountain to Big Bear.  Once in the fast lane, my sister lost all steering on her 1998 ballistic tank Ford Expedition and managed to get from the fast lane ALL THE WAY OVER TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER WITH NO ONCOMING TRAFFIC (which is a miracle in itself on a Friday at 11am!). We had the distinct pleasure of dealing with driver Jeremy.  He contacted us by phone two times to keep us updated on his ETA and arrived as scheduled just about 10 minutes from our first call.  He arrived with a smile, introduced himself, signed some paperwork and headed to his spotless, air conditioned tow truck which smelled like freshly picked 🍒!  He engaged in conversation and made my sister and I feel at ease regarding our situation and before we knew it, we were pulling into our driveway.  He went over and above the call of duty in making sure we were safely in our home as he unhooked the Expedition.  Now keep in mind, we don’t usually take the time to comment on any service unless it’s exemplary:  And here we are.  Whomever hired this young man should pat themselves on the back and give him a raise!  Jeremy is an asset and should be told as such.  I know you cannot pick a AAA Towing service by name, but if I ever had the chance to do so, Jeremy would be the guy!!  KUDOS YOUNG MAN!

Loved our experience here when we went to look at a new Ford Fiesta...we went down there to just take a look at the car and were planning on possibly purchasing at a dealership 50 miles away that had a good deal posted online. But Connie Jolicoeur gave us a better deal and we ended up buying the car here and drove it home the same day 😄😄. Saved us a lot of time, and some money - we were very happy with how easy everything was!
