It is a really nice new building and I definitely like how there is now a number system to get to speak to a person. A lot more staff too. The only challenging thing for me was there wasn't a lot of supervision in the kids only area. There was one mom on her cell phone...parents on behalf of those of us without kids - please watch them and ask them to be respectful of others. Some of us are there because of disabilities that they may not be able to see and it is loud enough in an office like that. But the staff was super helpful and friendly and I loved the new office.

The wait is too long you never get a straight answer all they say is reapply or go to the other navigator. They need a better system. Building is great more room.

They have closed 3 offices and made one so imagine that!! You have to take a day off work to handle ANY business down there. Its like the old DFCS packed to the walls and got to take a number just to ask a question. Prepare to stay all day.

The lady by the window is not professional. If I can give them below zero, I will. Don't waste your time waiting. Then you go to the window, she will say someone will call you. No one ever will call you, and your application will be cancelled. The worst county for df in Ga.
