Sales rep profiled me and wouldn't assist me with the purchase of my fiances engagement ring which I'm sure is part of the reason for their closing, I went to Shane Co. and was assisted immediately so I purchased her ring there. She said yes, no thanks to Helm's. If you want to be treated with respect Shane Co. is the way to go.

Bought my wife a ring at Helms back before Google review days. The diamond actually broke. The next thing that happened some lady there tried to act like they could send it back to be re-cut which we later found was impossible. I went in and talked with the Pat Green character who said it had an occlusion which was normal and could cause a diamond to break if she treated it rough. Refused to do anything about situation and turned out to be the rudest jerk I have ever dealt with. My wife is one of the most particular people I know with her jewelry. If a diamond broke with her wearing it , it would not make it out the door with the average person. Take my advise. Go somewhere that offers a unconditional lifetime warranty and you will not get ripped off as we did. Unfortunately you are not allowed to leave o stars.

I should’ve checked reviews here first. They are now going out of business. I’m not surprised. He shouldn’t be so condescending to his customers.

Know why this place is closing now. Says open until 5pm. Was closed with people in the store at 4:45. Way to be there for your customers.

Way too expensive for a small town like this,but they are going out of business so we need a good small town jewelery store now.
